WHAT IS A YONI STEAM?
A yoni steam is the practice of sitting over a steaming pot of water infused with medicinal herbs. WHAT WILL I FEEL AFTER MY FIRST STEAM?
Every woman has a different body and will have different results. Some women experience radical shifts in their menstrual cycle and/or symptoms right away. For others, it takes time and dedication to the practice to achieve desired results. Many women will receive their menstrual cycle a few days early the first time they steam. Some experience increased feeling in their wombspace, from cramping to heaviness. This is a result of the herbs supporting your body to contract and release old blood and tissue that your body may have been storing from YEARS of incomplete bleeding. Do not be surprised if/when you experience dark blood, heavier bleeding and/or clots. (If you are going through more than one pad in an hour or have blood clots the size of a golf ball, seek medical attention immediately.) This is your body being fully cleared out, for perhaps the first time in your life. So sit back, relax and go with it. As you continue your steam ritual, your cycle will become easier and reduce PMS symptoms.
Imagine your steam is like taking a vitamin supplement. One time is great to supply you with the nutrients you need for the day, yet you only truly experience lasting results with a consistent practice. We recommend v-steaming two to three times per month for optimal results.
WHEN NOT TO STEAM:
- You have ANY type of IUD
- You are currently bleeding from your menstrual cycle (You may steam before or after your cycle. Best time to steam is pre-ovulation.)
- You are pregnant or think you may be pregnant
- You have open wounds and/or sores around your yoni
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?
All sales on products and services are final. Unfortunately, there will be absolutely no returns or exchanges unless you received the wrong item. For sanitary reasons, we do not accept tried on, used, worn or stretched garments. The health and safety of our customers is very important to us! Please reach out to us for help with sizing if you are unsure.
HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
Please allow 2-3 days for processing however most items can be shipped as soon as the same day. However, shipping delays can occur due to COVID-19. Same day pick up is also available.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM, WHAT DO I DO NOW?
Please email us within 24 hours of receiving your item so that an exchange may be processed. Please DO NOT try the item on because we will no longer be able to exchange once its been worn. There are absolutely NO refunds.
WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
Once the order has been processed & shipped you will get an email with a tracking number. Please note if your package gets lost or stolen from your mailbox we will help you open a claim with USPS but we will not issue a refund or resend the order as we are not held responsible for lost or damages caused by a third party.
HOW SHOULD I CLEAN MY GARMENTS?
We highly recommend only hand washing your garments in cold water.
